Using simple techniques of crochet as a pallet, these patterns have been created with the hope that imaginations with be awakened and creativity will be discovered, giving women all across the country a reason to gather together-creating the healing power of community, sharing, and laughter.

Lil’ Meadow Flower Hat #101
Description:This small child and infant sized hat is gathered and ruffled to delight the sweetest baby.
Materials: One 50gr/100yd. ball of cotton/elastic Fixation by Cascade.
Watercolor Hat #102
Description:A youth and adult sized hat with optional liner, this pattern is a fun way to display most any bulky yarn and be warm with style.
Materials: 80-100 yds. bulky yarn for crown, 123 yds, worsted weight non-irritating yarn for band and lining, and 10 yds. each of 1-2 colors of worsted weight novelty style yarn
Arctic Nomad Felted Ski Hat #103
Description: A favorite for outdoor winter sports, this hat comes in all sizes and is a fun felting adventure.
Materials: One skein each of 4 coordinating colors of worsted weight wool that is fairly soft and will felt well, such as Cascade 220.
Felted or not Desert Nomad #104
Description: Just the right size, this purse is a fun play with color and felting option.
Material: For felted purse, choose 5 colors of worsted weight wool that will felt well together. For non-felted purse, any combination of variegated, textured, or slightly bulky yarns will look great. Fairly small amounts of each color required.
Happy Hobo Felted Daypack #105
Description: With three size options, even a child can lead them in the making of this easy drawstring day-pack.
Materials: Small and Medium Pack: Two, 4 oz. skeins (1 of each color) worsted weight wool that felts well such as Lambs Pride by Brown Sheep.
Large Pack: Four, 4 oz. skeins (2 of each color).
Bohemian Beanie and Scarf #106
Description: A hip year around hat has earflap option and a great scarf.
Materials: Bulky, multicolored, wool/silk blend ,132 yd skein Iro by Noro. 1 skein for each project.

Note: The term “felting” used in these patterns is referring simply to the crocheting and then shrinking of wool yarn in hot water. Specific felting instructions included in each felted pattern.

Each pattern is on heavy cardstock, mylar covered, and three-ring binder ready.
